Description

Under the caption 'The Bottom line' is the logo of Oxfam, claiming that New Zealand has contributed only 120,000 dollars to aid for Syria. However the government had claimed that New Zealand had contributed 5.5 million dollars. Where was the surplus of 5.38 million dollars? The cartoonist suggests that that amount was spent on Oxfam's administration costs.
