Cartoon shows Syrian president, Bashar el-Assad sitting beneath the title 'Syria'.He sits on a drum with the symbol of a skull and crossbones on it. Another drum is lying behind him. Smoke is seen coming from buildings behind him in the distance, while a warplane is seen in the upper right of the frame. The United States president, Barack Obama stands to the right of the Syrian president holding a bucket of red paint in his right hand and a paintbrush in his left hand, saying 'If you don't give up your chemical weapons I will be forced to take extreme and immediate action...and...er...draw another red line in the sand!'. On President Obama's right is the shoreline with a battleship on the sea. On his left side are a series of red lines which have been drawn. President el-Assad sits at the front of the red lines, indicating that the line has been over-stepped many times.
