Meanwhile, enormous feet of politicians from other countries tower over him, showing the small role that New Zealand plays on the world political stage. Refers to the possibility of New Zealand intervention in Syria, following the Assad regime's use of chemical weapons in a suburb of Damascus in August 2013.
