Depicts United States Secretary of State John Kerry saying the free world must bomb Syria. Two onlookers question this. Refers to Kerry's statement that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has one week to hand over his entire stock of chemical weapons to avoid a military attack. Commentary from the artist reads "Just a small point, Mr Kerry: The leaders of the people must respect the people they're leading".
