Description

Accompanying note from cartoonist states: 'The method of selecting the Labour leader is as intriguing as the three contenders. It's also going to take a long time: 3 weeks. Cartoon depicts billboards of the three contenders- MPs Shane Jones, Grant Robertson and David Cunliffe.' Cartoon also references popular Labour list MP Jacinda Ardern, who was not among the male front runners for leader.
