Description

Accompanying note from cartoonist states: 'Based on hideous effects on people, large-scale use of chemical weapons should have ended after the Vietnam War. The fact a modern tyrant like Bashar al-Assad feels free to use them on his own citizens shows how debased our world has become. Cartoon depicts Bashar al-Assad and generic chemical weapons victims in Damascus.'
