The mother duck says, "Look kids... our role models, 'the Black Caps' are coming!" Refers to the Environmental Court's decision to allow Canterbury Cricket to move forward with the development of the Hagley Park Cricket Oval in time to host the opening match of the 2015 Cricket World Cup.
