An entity labelled 'Concerned parents' says as it pushes a bottle brush through the combined heads of 'Fonterra Management', 'First thing's first...Decontaminate the pipes!!'
Refers to the recall by Fonterra in August 2013 of its dairy products for infants intended for export after detection of possible botulism bacteria. The contamination came from unclean pipes in the processing. Fonterra's handling of the crisis was clumsy and led to the resignation of the manager of the company's milk division.
