Under the caption 'Disappointing crowds at world champs' the sprinter Usain Bolt does his victory dance. He explains to an official that he is not celebrating his latest win, but pointing to the two people in the stands.
On 11 August 2013 Usain Bolt retained his world title for the 100 metre sprint at the Moscow world athletics championships. The world championships have struggled to draw track fans to the Luzhniki Stadium, the same venue that hosted the 1980 Olympics. Even with a reduced seating capacity and thousands of free tickets handed out, the locals in the Russian capital seem to have better things to do.
