Shows Kim Jong-un tattooing the words 'Nuke' and 'Life' onto his knuckles while asking American basketball player Dennis Rodman "You really think they'll FINALLY be scared?" Refers to the increasingly challenging stance taken by Jong-un and North Korea in their foreign relations with a number of countries and suggests that the western media do not consider Jong-un's claims or actions to possess the degree of threat that he would like. The cartoonist has explained that: 'Ever Ever since Dennis Rodman visited North Korea, Kim Jong Un's threats have stepped up a notch in theatricality. Coincidence? Or did Rodman pass on lessons in how to shock people?'
Toby Morris was a runner-up in the New Zealand Cartoon Archive and the Listener's Young Cartoonist Competition 2013.
