Under the headline 'Meanwhile... ...In a North Korean Nuclear Facility' North Korea leader Kim Jong-un and two advisors watch on while two figures in safe suits manipulate radioactive materials. Jong-un dreams of himself as the Incredible Hulk, while his two advisors each dream of dropping atom bombs on China and the United States. Refers to North Korea's nuclear ambitions and increasingly heated dialogue with the West. The cartoonist has explained that 'I imagine that any ten year old with access to nuclear testing facility would try to turn themselves into the Hulk eventually'. The Incredible Hulk is a popular Marvel comic character, who has also appeared in a television series and movies.
