Description

Depicts Social Development Minister Paula Bennett leading a theraphy class for social welfare beneficiaries in which she tells the participants that their "recovery" will be helped if they repeat after her "It's all my own fault". Refers to Social Security (Benefit Categories and Work Focus) Amendment Billl reforms taking effect from July 15 2013 which establish new benefit categories and expectations for beneficiaries including rules around drug testing, outstanding arrest warrants and new social obligations for parents.
