Description

Colour prints from a roll of film taken by Binney in 2003.

Corresponding negatives are at 35mm-99996-100001

lmages show:

- flags hanging at Tataiahape Marae, Te Waimana, Bay of Plenty, November 2003, probably during the first Urewera claimants' hearing for the the Waitangi Tribunal.

- exterior views of Rongokarae meeting house, Ruatoki, Bay of Plenty.

- further views at, or around, Ruatoki, including signs on the confiscation line, and a mural on the side of the temporary meeting house 'Te Urpatu'.

- grave of Shakespear family, location unidentified.
