Show Prime Minister John Key looking around as an earthquake rattles him, he makes a dive and saves a glass bottle labelled 'Dunne's GCSB Vote'. refers to 21 July 2013 6.5 earthquake which hit Cook Strait and affected Seddon and Wellington. At this time United Future MP Peter Dunne decided to vote for the Government Communications Security Bureau and Related Legislation Amendment Bill 2013 claiming that he had secured major changes in the Bill in his negotiations with Key (see National Business Review 22 July 2013).
