Shows Prime Minister John Key driving a car labelled 'casino bill' and being cautioned by a Police Officer, who says: "By ignoring all red lights and warning signs you've done irreparable harm. Being egged on by your smart yankee mates is no defence I'm afraid." In the background a man has driven a van labelled 'gamblers anon' into a power pole, and shakes his fist, indicating that Key has caused the crash. Refers to John Key's involvement in the SkyCity Casino deal and the suggestion by groups opposed to the deal that the casino will only increase problem gambling. The specific context also includes a new round of criticism from opposition parties after the release of official briefing papers, including on the casino's right to bar certain groups from using the centre if they were deemed materially prejudicial to international relations or to national security interests of New Zealand.
