Santa Claus and his elves wait outside 'Santa's workshop' while he looks at his watch and says "Come on, Ms Collins, surely David Bain's thing cant take much longer!" while chopping and sawing sounds are heard from within. Refers to the Binnie report into the David Bain compensation claim, and Collins's role in seeking a peer review of that report by Robert Fisher. The cartoon also refers to calls in the media for Collins to publicly release the report, which she is said to have held since September, although on 15 December she had said she was considering releasing the report and the review that week.
