Description

Two men and a bartender discuss the weather, continues with the reply "Could be the Novopay people." Refers to the severe drought conditions over much of New Zealand in late summer 2013, and to the Novopay system used to administer teachers' wages. The system has been fraught with problems and often under- and over-pays workers.
