Description

Comprises views of Christchurch central city area within the four main Avenues and within the central business district (CBD) taken by Ross Becker on the 27 February, 7 May and 24 May 2013. Shows effects of Canterbury earthquakes of 2010 and 2011 on buildings and streets, crews at work within the red zone cordon around the CBD, artworks, Gap Filler projects, murals and posters, demolition and rebuild efforts.

Includes views of Christchurch Cathedral showing scaffolding and steel supports, and shipping containers. Nearby are the Chalice sculpture and the Citizens' War Memorial.
