- Description
An Air New Zealand representative sits at a desk explaining why Air New Zealand does not interview job applicants with visible tattoos. Someone [unseen] says to him "But the lady with ta moko has support in Parliament!" and the man replies "Exactly, we rest our case...". This refers to the issue of the aspiring air hostess Claire Nathan who was refused an interview with Air New Zealand because of her ta moko [Maori tattoo].
