Peter Dunne is reading "The spy who loved me" in a library surrounded by books on shelves, including "The email eunuch". It refers to leader of the United Future Party, Peter Dunne's involvement with a leaked GCSB report, his resignation as a Government Minister, and his unwillingness to disclose emails he sent to a Fairfax journalist. Accompanying note from the artist states 'It's all very well Peter Dunne going on leave for a week, but it's actually more important for New Zealand to address this scandal properly - and now. My cartoon depicts Peter Dunne in the persona of James Bond, reading the Bond title "The Spy Who Loved Me". The cartoon title, repeated on the book on the shelf, is a pun on the feminist classic "The Female Eunuch" by Germaine Greer. The reason Peter Dunne stood down as a Minister was due to his unwillingness to release emails he had sent to Fairfax journalist Andrea Vance.'
