- Description
Depicts New Zealand First MP Winston Peters holding up the severed head of United Future MP Peter Dunne. Refers to accusations by Peters that Dunne leaked the Kitteridge Report on the GSCB to a Fairfax journalist. Peters asked for police to investigate and says Dunne cannot stay in Parliament following his resignation as a government minister, and cannot accept parliamentary funding as his party is too small to be registered with the Electoral Commission (see RNZ and NZ Herald 8 June 2013).
