A man is bowing low and apologising 'I'm very sorry for accusing your people of corruption,' while a large arm and hand comes down in front of him, saying 'Relax, slip me a little something and we will forget about it.' Refers to comments made by New Zealand First Leader Winston Peters about Chinese immigration and influence in Auckland, including a comment that Chinese corruption can be exported and imported (see New Zealand Herald 24 May 2013).
