Shows Rob Muldoon talking to a journalist from the the Press Gallery. Muldoon holds up a smelly red herring ('Rent') on a stick whilst he tucks a rat ('Allen affair') under the mat. Accompanying note from cartoonist states 'The "Allen Affair" saw Muldoon trying to distract attention away from the issue as the press gallery sniffed a story in Minister Keith Allen's erratic night time behaviour'.
