Includes views taken on Gloucester street showing empty site of demolished Brannigans building at 182 Oxford Terrace and 86 Gloucester street, Christchurch City Central Library, entrance to Farmers car parking building, the Crystal Plaza arcade at 106-118 Gloucester street, the site of the demolished MFL Mutual Fund building with Forsyth Barr and Price Waterhouse Coopers buildings behind, empty site of demolished Star building and Coachman Inn with Novotel Hotel behind, scaffolding on the Isaac Theatre Royal, empty site of demolished State Theatre (housed DFS Souvenirs) in foreground of Price Waterhouse Coopers and Forsyth Barr buildings.

Includes views taken around Cathedral square of Grant Thornton House, Government Life building, the Police kiosk and Camelot Hotel. Also a view of parked cars on site of demolished buildings at 36-40 Cathedral Square and 103-105 Worcester Street (Warners Hotel and Bailies Bar, Metro Gold Class Cinemas, Brittens Motorcycles and The Press building) with the new Press building and Novotel Hotel in background.
