Particularly of traffic cones decorated for the Feb 22 anniversary, the first anniversary memorial service, diggers parked on Park Terrace, Petersborough Apartments, Victoria Street Clock Tower, mobile Lebanese food cart, wildflowers planted in vacant lot on Victoria Street and Petersborough Streets.
