Description

Shows American President Barack Obama painting a red line, which he draws from a barrel with hands reaching out that has been labelled 'Victims of US Foreign Policy'. Refers to the president's earlier warning that a 'red line' for them would be the movement or use of chemical weapons. Recent context is the revelation by American intelligence that the Syrian administration had used Sarin on the opposition within that country. Wider media discussions have focused on whether Obama will follow through with his claims to act should the 'red line' be crossed and the implications of taking a stand against chemical warfare but not other forms of aggression against the Syrian people.
