A man and a woman discuss contemporary events in Syria. The man asks, 'What should Obama do about reports that Syria is using banned weapons?" The woman, who is reading a book about the United States invasion of Iraq and has books beside her on Afghanistan and Vietnam, responds, "Sue for plagiarism". Refers to the United States' warnings to Syria not to use chemical weapons in their civil war, and the United States' invasion of Iraq in 2003 based on erroneous reporting that Iraq had chemical weapons. During the war in Vietnam in the 1960s and 70s, the United States used chemical agents that caused lasting health effects for soliders on both sides, and in the communities in Viet Nam where they were sprayed.
