Shows leader of the Labour Party, David Shearer, and leader of the Green Party, Russel Norman, standing on top of Parliament, holding hands, but leaning away from one another. Text reads, 'Labour and Greens propose sane electricity consumption bills'. Refers to a joint proposal from the two parties to create a single buyer agency called NZ Power, which will purchase all electricity at a price based on the cost of production. Under the NZ Power setup, Labour estimates that power bills will fall by $230-$330 per annum for the average residential customer. (Scoop, 18 April 2013)
