Shows Prime Minister John Key sitting on the steps of the Bush Blair Library, reading a book labelled, 'The GCSB Saga' to a child sitting beside him. Key says, 'Look!- they said, weapons of mass destruction!' Refers to the faulty intelligence that led to the United States invasion of Iraq in 2003, and illegal spying by the Government Communications Security Bureau on up to 85 New Zealand citizens and permanent residents between 2003 and 2012.
