Description

Shows a rugby player standing in front of a pitch marked with squiggly lines, and with goal posts made of orange traffic cones. Two inspectors from Christchurch City Council look around. The rguby player says to them, 'No worres! We marked the pitch out ourselves!' Refers to cancellations of games in Christchurch because CCC had failed to mark pitches. (Stuff.co.nz, 5 April 2013)
