Description

Two pakeha men discuss water rights, and one of them says that because the body is made up of 60 per cent water, that means that he is almost two thirds Maori. Refers to a national hui on water rights where Maori King Tuheitia declared that Maori own the water, and the goverment's planned partial sale of state owned power companies is a breach of the Treaty of Waitangi.
