- Description
A group of politicians propose to mark the tenth anniversary of the Iraq war to never let themselves be persuaded 'by false reports, hyperbole and lies to make war'. They are seated on the gun barrel of a giant tank, rumbling to 'the next manufactured conflict'.
Claims of Iraq's possession of 'Weapons of Mass Destruction' and the promise of democracy were used by the United States and the United Kingdom to justify war in Iraq. Despite their proven falsity, such claims may be used by the military to drive politicians, despite their pious hopes, into future wars.
