- Description
Two frames depict British Foreign Secretary William Hague looking through a hand telescope and saying Britian cannot stand by while Syria commits atrocities against defenceless people. A voice out of the frame replies 'You've stood by for years while Israel has done it!'. The little cartoonist figure comments 'twenty zero vision!'. Refers to announcement by Hague that Britian will supply armoured vehicles and body armour to Syrian opposition forces to help end a humanitarian crisis of "castrophic proportions" (Telegraph 6 March 2013).
