Description

Depicts a tall President Barack Obama looking aghast as the shorter North Korean leader Kim Jong-un sidesteps him with the ball in a game of diplomatic basketball. Refers to announcement by North Korean Foreign Ministry that it would launch a pre-emptive nuclear strike against the United States in retaliation for new United Nations sanctions intended to make it more difficult for North Korea to finance and obtain materials for its weapons programme (The Independent 7 March 2013).
