Refers to death of four teenage girls in a crash following a one minute police pursuit in Kohimaramama (New Zealand Herald 4 March 2013). Commentary from the cartoonist reads 'The death of young drivers during police chases is like a festering wound in our society. Is the answer not obvious? Is an answer not neccessary?'
