Cartoon shows a scared figure being spoken to by a figure behind the door (identifiable as the runner Oscar Pistorius, by his running 'blades'). The hidden figure says 'Excuse me, good vriend, but how much longer are you going to be in there??!!'. Wider context refers to the South African sportstar Oscar Pistorius who was charged with murdering his girlfriend, model Reeva Steencamp. The cartoonist has explained that the cartoon is: 'a bit of black humour' referring to the way Oscar Pistorius murdered his girlfriend who was locked in the lavatory. Doyle notes that 'Indirectly, it's saying that Oscar can get on with his life, being as pushy as he likes, while Reeva Steenkamp lies dead. We ourselves can't relax if people like him can, in the modern courtroom, get away with blue murder.'
