Four versions of this cartoon depict a King chesspiece on a chessboard. Text on all versions reads 'Invercargill City Council Board Games', with diffrent versions having further text referring to the King piece as being the CEO in its original position. Context: Invercargill City Council reappointed its CEO Richard King (Southland Times 1 Feb 2013).
Invercargill councillors expressed concern that Asha Duff, partner of Invercargill Mayor Tim Shadbolt posted a comment on Facebook concerning the reappointment of Richard Duff as CEO (The Southland Times 1 Feb 2013)..
