Description

Shows Minister of Education, Hekia Parata, portrayed as a duck, with the words, 'John Key is not passing the duck, although he is passing out'. Refers to Prime Minister John Key, who decided to keep Parata as a member of his cabinet during a cabinet reshuffle in January 2013. Key fainted at the Italian restaurant, Tutto Bene, in Christchurch ahead of his scheduled trip to Antarctica.
