Description

Shows Prime Minister John Key, and possibly Deputy Prime Minister Bill English, holding papers labelled, cyclone, and report. Key says, 'If only we'd told Judith Collins to go up there and tell it to go away'. Refers to Cyclone Evan, which devastated Samoa and Fiji, and brought heavy rains and gales to the North Island over Christmas 2012. Judith Collins is the Minister of Justice who recently challenged Judge Ian Binnie's findings on the David Bain murder trial.
