In the bottom corner are the words, 'The one and only Paul Holmes hangs up his mike' Refers to the retirement of television and radio broadcaster Paul Holmes. The catchphrase 'It's goodnight from me and goodnight from him' is from 'The Two Ronnie's,' a long-running British sketch show.
