Shows New Zealand Black Caps cricket captain, Ross Taylor, being hit in the head with a brick labelled, 'NZ Cricket' as he is batting. A voice says, 'Oh well Ross Not as bad as underarm!' Context: Four days before the first test match against Sri Lanka coach Mike Hesson told Taylor that he had concerns about his captaincy and didn't want him to lead the Black Caps after the tour. New Zealand lost that match by 10 wickets, but rebounded to win the second test by 167 runs, with Taylor being named player of the match. New Zealand Cricket later apologized to Taylor for the way in which he was removed from the captaincy. The underarm bowling incident of 1981 took place in a cricket game between New Zealand and Australia. To prevent New Zealand from scoring the six they needed to tie, the Australian captain, Greg Chappell instructed his bowler (and younger brother), Trevor Chappell to deliver the last ball underarm, along the ground. This action was legal at the time, but nevertheless seen as being against the spirit of cricketing fair play. (Radio NZ, 7 Dec 2012)
