Shows from left ACT leader John Banks, Minister for Social Development Paula Bennett and Mana Party leader Hone Harawira; they are all dressed like gang members and behaving threateningly. Paula Bennett who has the words 'Benefit busters' on her jacket, says there are heaps of gang members in parliament. Context: President of the Police Association Greg O'Connor said "over a dozen" patched Head Hunters gang members had tried to join police training in the last year, and had been plucked out during the recruitment process.
