Shows the electricity industry represented as a dinosaur, with pylons running the length of its back and tail and bearing the name 'Megawattasaurus'. It shakes in fear at the sight of a man, tiny by comparison, representing the Commission for the Environment. The accompanying quote, by the President of the Electrical Supply Associaltion, reads: "The Commission for the Environment is a bureaucratic monster that may hamstring the future of the electricity industry"
