Description

Shows Prime Minister John Key triumphantly lifting a lid that represents 'the deficit' from a glass that is maybe half full of maybe half empty. A man representing 'the economy' asks the question. Context: One of the government's election promises was to have the deficit reduced and the budget returned to surplus in 2014 to 2015. It seems that this may be possible but at what cost.
