The news is full of references to 'satellite surveillance, electronic monitoring and the like and the man dozes off only to wake with a start when he hears the name 'China' mentioned. Context: The cartoon suggests that New Zealanders are tired of the Dotcom saga in which the GCSB (Government Communications Security Bureau) has been accused of spying on Kim Dotcom, the Internet entrepreneur and founder of Megaupload, who has New Zealand residency, and who the United States wants to extradite for charges of copyright infringement.
