Prime Minister John Key is at his desk. In the first panel he is told that foreigners with guns are seizing the country. He responds by ordering the mobilisation of the army and civil defence and to call their allies. In the second he is told foreigners with cheque books are seizing the country. He responds 'oh, lovely'. Context: Relates to the rising numbers of foreigners - mostly American - purchasing land in New Zealand.
