Shows Prime Minister John Key as a monkey with a plaster across his mouth. Context: refers to John Key's attendance at the recent APEC Convention in Vladivostok where it was hoped to sign off the free trade agreement between New Zealand and Russia. Key said he was unlikely to bring up human rights and the two-year prison sentences given to three members of the Russian punk band Pussy Riot.
