Shows Prime Minister John Key arriving in Moscow for the APEC Conference. Russian President Vladimir Putin, dressed in a tiny pair of shorts and leading a huge bear by a chain, invites John Key to sort this out like men. The title reads 'Free Trade Agreement'. Context: It was hoped that New Zealand's free trade agreement with Russia and two of its neighbouring states, negotiations for which began in 2010, would be ready for signing off at the APEC leaders meeting in Vladivostok this week (early September). However it seems that there is still work to be done.
