Shows Barack Obama holding a sign saying `Chemical weapons in Syria' which was made by reusing an old sign, `Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq.' A little bird says, `Deja vu all over again?' Context: On July 23, 2012 Syria admitted to possessing a stockpile of chemical weapons which it claims are reserved for national defense against foreign countries. The mistaken belief that Iraq held weapons of mass destruction was one of the factors that lead to the United States 2003 invasion of Iraq.
