Shows two men at a pub discussing the sentencing of Ewen Macdonald, who was acquitted of murdering his brother-in-law Scott Guy, for five years jail on charges predating Guy's killing. The first man questions why the jury was not allowed to hear about Macdonald's other charges. The other man replies "because they might leap to the preposterous assumption that someone with a history of angry and brutal acts was an angry and brutal person...".
